t is with great pride and excitement that Honor Flight Central Florida announces our first ever fundraising event “Hot Rods for Heroes” Classic Car show to be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Ace Café in Downtown Orlando, Florida.
Honor Flight Central Florida is pleased to announce we have scheduled our first two flights for the Spring of 2018.
Christmas is the giving time of year, and Honor Flight Central Florida has been truly blessed with the continued support of corporate donors that makes it possible to continue our mission.
On October 21st, we are proud to be conducting another 2017 flight mission to Washington DC to provide 24 Central Florida Veterans with their own Honor Flight.
Saturday, October 7th is our first flight of the fall season. We are excited to be making the final arrangements to transport 24 of our hometown heroes up to Washington D.C. to view and reflect at the memorials built to honor them and all those lost in WWll, the Korean War and the Vietnam conflict.
